6th - 8th Graders are introduced to important themes of the Old and New Testament. Our youth are encouraged to express their questions and pursue a search into the meaning of scripture and its application to their lives today. Through this familiarization with the Bible, this background knowledge is helpful during Confirmation in the 9th grade. Teachers are Becky Hergatt and Joanne Cheng.
The themes planned for this year include:
God Saves His People
God is Faithful: Covenants
What Does God Want From Us?
God Calls
People Think about God and Worship

Can't We All Just Get Along?
