How do children learn?

We believe that children have different learning styles, so our curriculum follows the Workshop Rotation Model.

Our classrooms are turned into workshops that include art, drama, audio-visuals, computers, Bible games, puppets, music, science and cooking.

Classes or groups of children rotate to a different workshop each week for four weeks, the “rotation” period.

Teachers do not rotate.  They stay in the same workshop repeating the lesson to a new group of children each week. Lessons are modified to fit the age-level of the children.

During that four week time frame, only one Bible story/lesson is taught. The entire rotation – every workshop, every week - is focused on learning one bible lesson in a different way. That way we believe all children will learn well.
